ኤርትራ- ተሰማዒት ሃገር ኣብ ቀርኒ ኣፍሪቃ
ዞባዊ ተሰማዕነት፡ ኣብቲ እትርከበሉ ዞባ ጽልዋ ክትፈጥርን ልቕየት(leverage) ክህልወካን ኣገዳሲ ረቂቕ ሓይሊ ኢዩ። ጸላዊ ወይ ተሰማዒ ንምዃን ግን ኣብቲ ዞባ ካብ ዝርከባ ሃገራት ዝሓየልካ ምዃን ጥራይ እኹል ኣይኮነን። ብሓይልኻ ትፍራሕ ጥራይ ዘይኮነስ ብእተሰላስሎ ሓሳባትን ብእትኽተሎ መትከላትን” ውን ተበሃግን ተኣማንን ክትከውን ኣለካ። ኣብ ዞባዊ ምርግጋእ”ውን ብንጥፈት ናይ ምውሳእ ድሌትን ቅሩብነትን ከተርኢ ይግባእ። ነዚ ሓሳብ”ዚ ከም መበገሲ ወሲድና፡ ኤርትራ ኣብ ዞባ ቀርኒ ኣፍሪቃ ጸላዊት ዘይትጉሰ ሃገር ዝኾነትሉ ምክንያት ንርኣዮ።
ዞባ ቀርኒ ኣፍሪቃ ብዙሓት ሓይልታት ዝቃጸጻሉ ተሃራፊ ቦታ’ዩ። ቀላጽም ኣለና ዝብላ ሃገራት ኩለን እግረን ኣብዚ ዞባ ኣንቢረን ኣለዋ። ኣብ መብዛሕትአን ሃገራት ዞባና ብዘይካ ኣብ ኤርትራ ቁጽሩ ዝፈላለ መዓስከር ሓያላት ሃገራት ተኸፊቱ ኣሎ። ኤርትራ ንዶባታን ውሽጣዊ ጸጥታኣን ዝሕሉ ህዝባዊ ሓይሊ ክትሃንጽ ብምኽኣላ ጸጥታኣን ልኡላውነታን ንምውሓስ ናብ ካልእ ቁሊሕ ዘይትብል እንኮ ሃገር’ያ። ካብዚ ሓሊፋ፡ ሃገራት ዞባና ናይ ምፍራስ ዕላማ ሒዙ ዝተላዕለ ዝተፈላለየ ግርጭታት ንምእዳብ፡ ህዝብታት ኢትዮጵያ፡ ሶማልን ሱዳንን እናዘከርዎ ዝነብሩ ኣበርክቶ ክትገብር ጸኒሓ። ነቲ ዞባ ክፍውስ ዝኽእል ሓሳብ ብወግዒ ብምቕራብ ክትወስዶ ዝጸንሐት ተበግሶታት ውን ኣብቲ ዞባ ተሰማዒት ካብ ዝገብራ ረቛሒታት’ዩ። ርእሰ-ምርኮሳ፡ ኣብ ውሽጣዊ ጉዳያት ጣልቃ ዘይምእታው፡ ኣብ ዜግነት መሰረት ዝገበረ ሃገራዊ ፖለቲካ፡ ሓራ ፖለቲካዊ መስመር ወዘተ ዝኣመሰሉ ኤርትራ ክትሕብሕቦም ዝጸንሐት ሓሳባት ንቀልቢ ህዝብታት ናይቲ ዞባ ይስሕቡ ኣለዉ። “ከምዚ ኤርትራ ትገብሮ/ትኸዶ ዘላ ንግበር/ንኺድ” ዝብል ድምጽታት ይስማዕ ኣሎ። ንቕሓት ህዝብታት ዞባና ቀስብቐስ እንዳበረኸ ይመጽእ ምህላዉ ዝሕብር ከኣ ኢዩ።
ናይ መልሕቕ ሃገራት ከም ዞባዊ ሓይሊ ክጥፍጠፋ ብዓበይቲ ሓይልታት ክግበር ዝጸንሐ ናብዮት ብፍሽለት ተደምዲሙ’ዩ። ማዕረኡ ንኤርትራ ቀይድካ ንምሓዝ ክእለም ዝጸንሐ ፍሕሶ ከኣ ተበቲኑ። ኤርትራ ከይተቐላብዐት ተጸሚማ ክትሓኹሮ ዝጸንሐት ገደል ወዲኣ መሰስ ኢላ ኣላ። እዚ ቦታ’ዚ ተሓዚኡ ንኤርትራ ክጽበ ዝጸንሐ ቦታ ከም ዘይኮነ ክፍለጥ ይግባእ። ነዚ ብገድልን መስዋእትን ዝበጻሕናዮ ደረጃ ንምዕቃብ ንኤርትራውያን ልዑል ትኹረት ክሓተና እዩ። ስለዚ ሓይልና ከነሰስስን፡ ነዃላትና ክንዓብስ፡ ዓቕልና ከነዛይድ፡ ሓያል ቁጠባ ክንሃንጽ፡ ብስነፍልጠትን ቴክኖሎጅን ክንራቐቕ፡ እጅገና ምስብሳብ የድሊ ። ተሰማዕነትና ክዓቢ ኣብ ዞባዊ ሰላምን ርግኣትን እጃምና ከነበርክት፡ ንዘዋህለልናዮ ሓይሊ መመሊስና ክንምልኣሉ ኣለና።

Eritrea ranks 9th in Africa at Higher Education Access! 
Eritrea holds the 9th spot in Africa for the number of higher education institutions relative to population size among African nations!
1) Institute of Technology (EIT): Located in Mai Nefhi, near Asmara, EIT comprises three colleges: Science, Engineering and Technology, and Education. It was established in 2004 to expand access to higher education beyond the capital.
2) Hamelmalo Agricultural College (HAC): Situated in Hamelmalo, this college focuses on agricultural sciences and was established in 2005.
3) Asmara College of Health Sciences (ACHS): Based in Asmara, ACHS offers programs in health-related fields and was established in 1999.
4) Orotta School of Medicine and Dentistry (OSMDM): Located in Asmara, this institution specializes in medical and dental education and was established in 2005.
5) College of Marine Sciences and Technology (COMSAT): Based in Massawa, COMSAT offers programs related to marine sciences and technology and was established in 2005.
6) College of Business and Social Sciences (CBSS): Situated in Adi Keih, this college provides education in business and social sciences and was established in 2006.
7) College of Arts and Social Sciences (CASS): Also located in Adi Keih, CASS offers programs in arts and social sciences and was established in 2006.
8 Halhale College of Business and Economics (HCBE): Located in Halhale, this college focuses on business and economics education.
9) University of Asmara (UoA): Established in 1958 in Asmara, UoA was the oldest university in Eritrea. It had temporarily ceased operations in 2006 following the establishment of new institutions aimed at decentralizing higher education, but now focuses on post grad degrees.

While many analysts consider Ethiopia a pillar of stability, this perception is an illusion. Ethiopian unity is fragile at best, as Abiy Ahmed’s government contends with active insurgencies in the Amhara region, a tenuous peace in Tigray, and a lack of legitimacy within his own Oromo ethnic group. Ethnic divisions undermine Ethiopia’s cohesion, making its stability precarious.
