The non existent Mighty Ethiopian Navy

Currently, Ethiopia hasn't got a single frigate, which is the entry level of naval war ships. These operate by batches of four to escort and protest main war ships, such as destroyers.
Guess what - the cheapest frigate on earth is sold by South Korea and it costs $230 millions. And you need at least four of these. On the other hand, French frigates cost €800 million to €1 billion each. While American ones cost US$936 million to US$1.2 billion.
And we're not talking about the variety of weapons and systems, including helicopters, radars, surface-to-air missiles, anti-ship missiles, Anti-submarine torpedoes, guns ammunitions, softwares, insurances, etc.
And we all know that Ethiopia failed to pay the $33 millions it owed on its own debts.
This is what a naval base involves in. But our clown keeps lying to the frenji and never tells them that all his empty bravado is for a navy but port for 120 landlocked Ethiopians.
