መንግስቱ ኃ/ማሪያም ማን ናቸው? Who is Mengistu Haile Mariam? This may be so far, an independent assessment of Colonel Mengistu Hailemariam from a close up. It has three parts taken from Ato Fasika Sidelil's book that includes on Mengistu's blood and political relationship to Dejazmach Kebede Tessema. Ato Fasika Sidelil describes Mengistu as, courageous, articulate, with modest thrifty life style, quick learner who lacks scope because of his poor educational background, very vengeful and a cruel person.
