What's ongoing in Fano?

So Gojjam Fano has been unified for a year under Zemene Kassie and Shaleka Zinabu while Gondar Fano had 2 seperate commands with 2 seperate leaders that now recently formed one Gondar Fano Command thanks to Habte Wolde leader of west Gondar Fanos who was formerly pro eskinder denounce Eskinder and join hands with Gondar fano (anti eskinder)
Wollo Fano also unified 9 months ago but apparently splits occured between Mere Wedajo and Colonel Muhabaw. I am quite confused about Wollo Fano because it seems that Colonel Muhabaw is in favor of Eskender while Mere Wedajo is in favor of Zemene Kassie. The major areas of resistance in Wollo are in Lasta, Kobo, Ambassel, Sayint Mekdela, Habru. While there is very little public support for Fanos military activities in Dessie, Kombolcha, Akesta this has given Wollo a safe spot for PP.
Shewa Fano effectively divided itself a year ago this split was between Meketaw Mamo who supported Eskinder and was on his payroll and anti Eskender "Asseged Mekonnen". After Meketaw Mamo handed over Asseged Mekonen to PP. The leader of Shewa Ez was Engineer Dessalegn. The victories of Fano in Shewa have began to decline due to the rivalry between Shewa Ez (Anti Eskinder) and Shewa Teklai Gezat (Pro Eskinder).
My major criticism of Fano is that if Shewa Fano doesn't unite than the Amhara war situation will not improve. If Wolloyes do not rebel or at least attack the heartlands of PP in eastern and central Wollo the military situation will be in PP favors.
The divisions caused by Eskinder means he is a dangerous threat to Amhara Resistance. I personally believe once Eskinder is gone. Fano will become one
Zemene Kassie does not appoint Fano Leaders and is more federalist than Eskinder. Eskinder is a Centralist he thinks he can demote and promote people in Fano.
The Fano command structure is based on the former Kiffle Hager milita systems it goes down to the identity of the local Amharas it can only be unified under a Federal Autonomous structure like Zemene Kassie
But the main issue is that Fano should not be based on their awrajas. Gojam Fano and Gondar Fano must operate in Wollo. There has to be much more inter regional coordination between Fanos. There also must be a chain of command and a line of smuggling of weapons and soldiers. These issues must be addressed.
Why did Tigrean TDF come to Dessie but not Gondar/Gojjam/Shewa Fano? Why is PP oromo soldiers in Dessie? But they tell you a gondere and gojame cannot fight outside their land. That is wrong. You do not win war by staying in your homeland you must leave your homeland and be ambitious and free. Not stuck to Zemene Mesafint Localities
