while addressing Affable's question please also enlighten us the concept of "shallowness lacking depth" (The shallowness of Abiy's PP has no depth) and how that relates to reality on the ground, is that mean a shallow with some level of depth or more depth than a shallow is?

I don't think you are a slow learner. I think your problem is poor judgement, like Abiy.

He was accepted with open arms in the entire Ethiopia when he assumed the office of PM. The birr / dollar black market exchange rate was in healthy rate. He was accepted with open arms in Eritrea. What he had to do was just democratize Ethiopia better and sustain the economic growth. No Ethiopia modern day leader was received such North to South, East to West acceptance. They had to work their socks off to gain 10% or 20% acceptance at a time.

What did Abiy'd leadership achieved over the past 6 years? Someone wrote, "Ethiopia’s Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed inherited a state. He sacrificed it to the dream of an empire. On his current trajectory, Abiy’s political obituary will be that he left Ethiopians with neither state nor empire.

Many autocrats kill people. It takes a particular kind of leader to kill a country. This is what the Ethiopian Prime Minister is doing. There was a moment when Abiy was seen indispensable to solving Ethiopia’s problems. Today he is the problem.”

Hi Defend,

It is just an expression which means that shallowness is Abiy's and his PP's defining character. They have now hit a new low / a new level of shallowness. Let me elaborate.

Remember Abiy's shamelss fake interview with a bogus interviewer posing as a journalist from the Atlantic Magazine. The Prime Minister is very impressive and speaks with his usual eloquence about local and global affairs, but it was discovered that his replies were taken word-for-word from interviews with Henry Kissinger, an article by Russell Brand, and excerpts from the book Soft Power by Joseph Nye which Abiy is reading from a teleprompter.

A person I really respect used to support Abiy, but when the video appeared in 2018, they immediately withdrawn their support saying that unless he is an imposter at core, he wouldn't do it as there was no need to do that.

When a state creates a fake channel of a famous Indian YouTube channel, and declare that their international outreach is phenomenal, don't you not think that is a new low? Or we are still going to see another level of low?

my question was about explaining the concept behind your own expression (The shallowness of Abiy's PP has no depth) but you decided to jump to elaborating your motivation of using the expression. The problem with that is I know your motivation already and now I have no interest to get explained to me anymore.

Why did you avoid answering the question directly? Some sort of your own shallowness? In that case we will measure about "Abiy's PP" shallowness and yours and determine the difference in depth of both. Agreed on?
