Dictators are generally sickos. A few are good people. When they get in, the power gets them drunk. That drunkenness is the same as alcoholism. It is a disease but they do not go for help. That is why they hold on and on and in many cases kill people to stay in power. It is no different. STALIN. HITLER, SADAM, MOBUTU, MENGISTU, MELESE, ABIYE, BIDEN, ASSAD, GHADAFFI ET AL HOLD ONTO IT SO TIGHT THAT THEIR FINGERS BLEED. THAT IS WHY MANY PEOPLE DIE BECAUSE OF THESE PEOPLE.
In Africa we had 3 leaders left power on their own for the good of people: NEYRERE, MANDELLA, JR ROLLING.
Wake up buddy act as human and help your people. Say no to ethnic identity politics.

Take Biden out of the dictators league. Although he showed dictatorial characteristics by refusing to step aside for the sake of the country, the system forced him to withdraw his bid for 2nd term. Trump too was forced by the system in 2000 to leave office.
Dictators are selfish, blood thirsty and savage. They always have a bad end.
Forget about Issias. You can’t call him a leader because Eritrea is a fake country.
