1. some men have nothing better to do so they prefer to sleep in the forest mountain etc pretending to fight for a cause but in reality it's the meaningless in their lifes. I am also suspicious that it's an escape from earthly problems

2. Still stuck in medieval mindsets - tribalists don't believe in human rights they operate on terror and fear mongering

3. Lawlessness is their pleasure

So under those conditions war can go on for 10 years in Amhara region / Oromia region

The only ppl who can stop the wars are Jaal Marroo Zemene Kassie and Abiy

Also look how many psychos are cheering the war that means it's not a real war in Amhara and Oromia rather a gitchet/crash of ideas ... the issue has become a movie

4. Lack of public condemnation for the violence - Ethiopians only panicked when TPLF entered Debresina but not the violence of today

Ethiopians are acting as if nothing is going on.

Ethiopians are not praying or demonstrating for a peace resolution as they did against TPLF

Small conflict can turn deadly just look at Syria, Afghanistan, Libya... in those countries rebels are financed by wealthy countries

So due to these reasons the war will continue. And it is deserved. The country has fallen asleep. And asleep you may perish

The people of the country are effectively useless.

The government must democratise the country before it's to late

All power are in the hands of the government. The people have fallen asleep. The government must democratize bring political freedom back.
