Eritrea, Ethiopia, the ex-somalia are poorly managed countries tantamount to failed states. Kudos to Democratic somaliland.
Somaliland says I don’t care what another country somalia agrees with Ethiopia.

I seconded! I recognized Somaliland as a sovereign country a longtime ago. In fact, recognition of Somaliland should never have any string attached to it. One must be morally decadent to ask anything in return. Somaliland has been independent more than 3 decades, longer than the failed province of Eritrea. Its independence is not preconditioned to any favor from any country. The fact that failed states and thugs spreading their crisis does not mean it has anything to its independence.
Regardless of the hypocrite world, Somaliland is the only Democratic Country in East Africa. It is illogical to force civilized and democratic Somaliland to merge with the failed Al Shabab run Somalia. It is a pure clash of civilization and culture.

It is fair to say Somali Landers are hard working and peaceful people that lived on their own for 35 years within their limits.
They are an independent country. Soon or later the world will realize that. I can’t say the same about Somalia. Lazy and war mongers the Somalians have a lot in common with the Eritreans than Somali Landers.
The biggest regret is that THIS STUPID CLOWN WHO HAS NO BUSINESS OF BEING A PM OF ETHIOPIA MISHANDLED IT AND SCREWED IT UP.
Somali Landers hold-on fast and continue with your hardwork. Ethiopia will be there for you and help you on your growth. Life will be much better when a mature and seasoned leader is in charge of Ethiopia.

I have long recognized Somaliland as an independent country. Theg earned it by their bloods and bones.
Genocides and crimes against humanity committed against Somaliland is yet to be addressed by the international community.

Somaliland for obvious reasons. Somaliland never officially united with Italian Somalia.
On the contrary, the Eritrean Unionist Party won parliamentart elections of Eritrea and officially unionized with Eritrea in federation.
Eritreans violated the terms of the federation between Ethiopia and Eritrea by waging gorilla war on Ethiopia. The federation could otherwise have been dissolved peacefully if Eritreans chose to do so peacefully in less than the 30 years of carnage and losses of 100s of billions dollars. Addutionally, Eritreans rejected to negotiate and end the war.
Now they suffer from the deprivation of basic necessities in isolation from the civilized world due to an iron fist rule of a dictator who truly hates Eritreans.
They are really intelligent aliens!

I would say they shot themselves in the feet- suicidal. If their independence were natural and Eritrea could exist as a country, there would never be rounds of war - after the so-called 99.9% voted in referendum of exclusive choice of
(a) slavery or (b) freedom. The reality unfolded is 99.99% voted for (a) slavery. Meles Zenawi helped them to realize their slavery. The question is are they fighting their way back to federate with Ethiopia or like the fallen Satan locked up in prison wanted anyone around them to live in hell? The fact they are envious of Somaliland for being a model of democracy, good governance, a country of law and rule, triumphant economy, their cities modernized is a pure want of evils. Somaliland is no even adjacent to Eritrea, but the prosperity of Somaliland is killing evil Shabia.
