The Ankara agreement clearly shows that the Addis Ababa government has gone back on to what it blindly ignored yesterday - the sovereignty, independence, and territorial integrity of Somalia - and now signs an agreement to respect these.
Today, the false information fed on to the Ethiopian people that Ethiopia was getting a coastal land in Somaliland is exposed big time. The Addis Ababa government is brought to face the reality and stop the false dream and, like any other landlocked country in the world, ask Somalia to allow Ethiopia either to lease or use one of Somalia's ports, which Somalia has never refused anyway.
We've told the Addis Ababa government multiple times that the Somaliland administration is not going to get anywhere.
