Both "Dubai Declaration" in 2018 and the "Ankara Declaration" in 2024 are Meaningless in Lawless East Africa
First of all, both Abiy Ahmed and Hassan Sheik are useless and do not represent anything other than themselves. Both Abiy Ahmed and Hassan Shiek do not have power that effectively govern a country. Abiy Ahmed rules the metropolis of Addis Ababa and its surroundings - he lost control of Amhara region and other areas. He is rejected and is an ostracized OLF rebel thug sitting illegally in Arat Kilo. No body takes him seriously as genuine Ethiopian leader - he is known for destroying Ethiopia in an effort to plant Ormmuma. His Somalia drama is just his usual foolhardy confuse and convince strategy. Likewise, Somalia is logically a myth, not a country that actually existed. Somalia, which created by the West by the merger of British Somalia and Italy Somalia separated more than 3 decades ago. It is improbable to reverse the course Somaliland took more than 3 decades ago. Hassan Shiek is just like toddler on the lap of African countries, Al Shabab is the one that is controlling Somalia.
Treaties and agreements among thugs have no value, especially in Africa. They create havoc, first to evade domestic crisis, and then they enter a deal that does not out last them. For instance, Shabia ( Isaias Afework) and OLF ( Abiy Ahmed) too in 2018 entered "Dubai Declaration" and were friends for couple of years - Abiy Ahmed was given Prize of infidelity (Hague - Horrible Crime Prize aka Nobel). But within few years, we all see the simmering conflict between Shabia and OLF. Thus, treaties, agreements, showering praises mean nothing in Africa - particularly in the so-called "Ferenj's Horn of Africa. None of these thugs represent a country or the people - they exploit the name of the country to commit crime. And their own personal agreement lasts upon on their demise.
