Isn’t the idiot Galla doing that with Djibouti ? If you don’t have a port, you pay export/import fees at fair market value. He has an access through Djibouti. Isayas is not developing the ports for his own reasons. Djibouti is very efficient at it. Count your blessings. There is no such thing as free access. Port fees are controlled to be fair.
