I wouldn't advise ጋሽ ጥሌ to play doctor and attempt to self-treat this terrible illness based simply on information obtained from Google searches. I certainly wouldn't want him to ultimately forfeit the remainder of his manhood.

Unfortunately, there isn't a treatment that can restore his pe*** to its previous state, so he’ll likely be coping with a three-inch wonder for the rest of his life. ከርክር ሰላቢ ንፍጣም ነው!
