We are sending warm congratulations to Mr. Abdirahman Mohamed Abdullahi Irro for his victory in the peaceful election in Somaliland state. We expect his leadership to relaunch dialogue with the federal government of Somalia and promote the Somali unity. Turkiye's Ambassador to Somalia, H.E. Mr. Alper Aktaş.
