Young people are deserting Eritrea at alarming levels and no educational institution, Eritrea is toasted. It is a matter of time.
The educational institutions Ethiopia built pre independence is either destroyed or is a military institution.
The entire mini nation is putting all their cards on Ethiopia to rescue them. Instead of coming up with a creative way to normalize relationships, they are arrogantly trying to change things in their favour. It is not going to happen.
Deport all 825000 Eris immediately.
