I can assure u president ciiro his concern isn’t mou or Ethiopia or anything related to that . His main focus is the economy and the well being of his people and. And uniting his people Creating a new cabinet . This will be his concern. He said him self I don’t know. what to support or to be against because I have not seen the mou and no one else seen it with the exception of president muse and pm abiye . He said I have to see it to make a decision on it but . This is not an issue because it isn’t going to fly. Even the hard core Somalilanders have given up on the mou because Ethiopia main concern was using it as a leverage against the Somali government it was never ment to be implemented indeed
