The below is attributable to Spokesperson Matthew Miller:
Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken spoke with United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres about shared concerns over the security situations in Haiti and Somalia, as well as detainees held by the Houthis in Yemen. Secretary Blinken underscored the gains made by the Multinational Security Support (MSS) mission in Haiti. He discussed the value of heeding the Haitian government’s request to transition the MSS to a UN peacekeeping operation, which will provide sustainable security support for the Haitian people. The Secretary and Secretary-General also discussed funding options for the African Union Support and Stabilization Mission in Somalia (AUSSOM) and steps to secure the release of all UN, diplomatic, and nongovernmental organization staff detained by the Houthis in Yemen. The Secretary thanked the Secretary-General for his continued leadership and cooperation in addressing these serious challenges.

2. Somalia
3. Houthis

Go back to school and learn English properly. The Somalia Regime
There's no such thing as "The Somalia Regime".
The regime in Somalia, the Somali regime, etc., and not "The Somalia Regime".
In addition, there's not any regime in Somalia. FYI, Somalia has got a bicameral parliamentary legislature system and not a government by a dictator with absolute undemocratic rule.

Re: The Somalia Regime in Crisis
I'm not disputing the meaning of the word "regime", even though it has nothing to relate to Somalia, but the word order of what you've scribbled and their grammatical or structural meaning.
