Al Sisi is said to be one of the first world leaders to congratulate Donald Trump, why?

I can understand if Benjamin Netanjahu becomes the first to congratulate him, but what is the man in Egypt trying to advance thereby?
Is the man hoping Trump will give him a green-light to go and bomb GERD? Or reverse GERD?
That man must have been confused, I think.

It's to send a loud and clear message to your clown monkey at Menelik Palace.

I think the 45th and 47th president of US is able to understand what fate accompli means.
You are wishing for your young hood pen*s to come back and help you in keeping a beautiful girl all night wake, while the best thing you could have chosen is avoiding that kind of business all together.

No, he won't be able to understand it, as there's no such thing as fate accompli.
It's "fait accompli" and not "fate accompli".
This is a French phrase, and "fait" means act in French and has absolutely nothing to do with fate. It's originally from the Latin word of "factum", which in turn is from the Latin verb of "facere", which is the infinitive form of the verb "to do" in latin. The infinitive form of the verb "to do" in French is "faire", which "fait" has derived from.
Next time, make sure you're understanding what you're talking about first before you expect others to understand it.

How about Isaias Afework? Or Isaias felt guilt he never been a president nor being elected. I think Al Sisi is just doing what Arabs are often known doing - twerking
I read Abiy Ahmed too congratulated Trump. Will Trump order another Nobel Prize to Abiy this time too
