A private university in India is under investigation after it was discovered that it had sold fake certificates and issued thousands of degrees it was not accredited for. Since it opened in 2013, the university has handed out more than 43,000 degrees. TPLF officials and their cronies were listed in the investigation report as "paying customers" for having bought thousands of fake doctorate degrees from the corrupt institution without attending any courses. Dr Abiy, Dr Debretsion, Dr Tedros, Dr Dre....etc
