The problem with the Democratic Party administrations is not domestic

They are fair and good inside the country. When it comes to foreign affairs they do the opposite. They conduct International relations that are biased are unfairly which are not good for the US. The Republicans do not care about third world countries. Dictators love them. There were exceptionally good presidents from both sides over the decades.
