Not sure if it will be an upgrade.
Would be better to make Abraham a deputy leader and slowly take over.
Presiding in restless and violent society is very challenging.
He has to kill thousands to be listened and respected.
It is going to be a one family rule all the way to extinction.

I hope he can become a more influential president than his father and find a means to unite the deeply divided Tigrigna-speaking community across racial and ኣውራጃ boundaries.

It was said he was grooming his son to succeed. This is just natural for dictators who monopolize power for so long.
