2- A staggering 98.8 million people, which accounts for 92% of the population, lack internet and phone services. This significant portion of the population faces challenges in staying connected and accessing information.
3- An estimated 60 million people, representing approximately 50% of the population, are struggling with severe hunger and relying on emergency food supplies to survive.
4-Between 2020 and 2022, approximately 1.5 million individuals lost their lives in the ongoing conflict in Tigray. This staggering death toll is attributed to actions taken by government forces, including the use of drone strikes and military operations, which have had a devastating impact on the local population.
