Well, if it was indeed about a downgrading, then I wouldn't be the first here to report the story. There are many standby stooges waiting for just anything seemingly negative about Ethiopia. The positive part doesn't get their attention or they simply just try to ignore it!

Where is that monotonous Misraq? I wanted to ask him about his still elusive 200 ETB per USD prediction. He predicted that to come already before weeks but still nothing appearing that way for now.
