Nothing new.
When women give birth to children, their pelvic floor get lax and risk incontinence.
There is what is called Kegel exercise which may help prevent this and also could give a bit of tight perineum. There is also surgery to help with this.
The Somalis are expert on the thing-surgery for vag1ina tightening. Somali women have one of the tightest va@gi1nas (except the bad circumcision)
Kegel exercise may have balls called Kegel balls probably like the ones she is showing
You know our culture has lots of taboos with private parts
I don't think it is her invention though; if it was, I would call her genius innovator and could make some money on it.
She is probably trying to popularize something already there to her community

Loose va@gina could be really a serious problem for some women/couples and may infact evert inside out. It has a treatment and should not be taboo and medical attention required as there is effective therapy!
