Sadly people have to move again.
1, Illegally built homes and shacks demolished without compensation but given them enough time to find alternative housing or temp shelter.
2. Houses or shacks built with land deeds and building permits have to move with compensations for the land and value of the dwelling, given them adequate time for them to secure alternative accommodation.
3. If there exists legal deed for the land but no building certificate, the resident gets compensated for the land but not for the building.
