አብይ ድሮን የሚታጠቀው ምርጫው ሆኖ ወይስ ምርጫ አጥቶ? | Has Abiy chosen to use Drones or is he forced to use Drones

I like to hear the thoughts of ER Forum thinkers (the 7%) on this question of extreme dependence on drones and fighter jets as opposed to ground forces against FANO.
My own thinking is that Abiy doesn’t have a cohesive national army, security and intelligence service. Abiy doesn’t believe he can execute his own orders this way. So he is forced to bypass all these national defense institutions and use few highly corrupt individuals with lethal technology.
The OPDO affiliated top brass in the national army security and intelligence hates to see Oromo soldiers being sacrificed in the war currently raging outside of Oromia. They feel Amara soldiers should sacrifice for wars in Amara locations.
The ANDM affiliated top brass is not trusted by Abiy to be able to execute his orders using Amara soldiers. Abiy thinks they’ll sabotage him and keep feeding the resistance by encouraging desertion and surrender of deadly weapons.
Even though air is ineffective and ground forces are required to clear rebel held territories, for reasons outlined above, Abiy is forced into choosing air vs ground attacks. The good news is air supremacy doesn’t translate into victory. The bad news is innocents including children are being shredded into pieces. Instead of fighting armed to armed personnel, Abiy has chosen to kill innocents from the Sky hoping against hope that it may turn the population against the resistance. This has never worked anywhere but exasperated the problem for regimes but brutal regimes don’t think.
