Abiy's obsession with grey painting of building

I am really confused, now almost all buildings are turned into grey, is it normal abroad? Where did he get that idea? is it sensible and last longing idea?
The other thing which Abiy is obsessed about is water fountain here and there. I like the idea but seeing flowing water just like tap water is boring, it doesn't make sense. There is no effort made to make attractive and showing creativity. Why don't he seek advice or hire Chinese or others on this issue.
The third obsession is seeing led light around the building, does it make any change to the city?

That’s a very good observation. And I suspect his obsession with whiter or lighter color emanated from the longstanding myth & misconception that it is the only color that’s capable of conveying pureness, cleanliness & newness.
I was shocked when Abiyot painted Bedlu Building white, which was originally designed to reflect the actual material and texture it is made of; concrete. It was already half-way painted when the outcry of historians, architects and preservationists got the attention of the dumb officials. It took a lot of effort to restore it back to its origin condition.

Proverbs 28:13
You can't whitewash your sins and get by with it; you find mercy by admitting and leaving them.
ኃጢአቱን የሚሰውር አይለማም፤ የሚናዘዝባትና የሚተዋት ግን ምሕረትን ያገኛል።

Does it really matter what colour you paint building with in country where wars are bleeding it out one after another and that's in the process of disintegration!
It's interesting to know, by the way, that clown Abiy dictates even on colours of building in Addis!

You can skip the video to 1:07 and listen to what the lady say about the paint color mandate. The PP tribal thugs are out of their mind by enforcing all building to be white & light gray color.
Folks, these dense oligarchs are none other than Nazi reincarnated. Hitler also mandated a grandeur and regimented building design with light color that reinforces his crooked ideals of uniform & pure German populace.

I got a better color choice. It is called Vindputeor and it is the most beautiful shade of color. Them n-i-g-g-e-rs will love it.
