I do agree with you. Axumezana is a Tigrayan, but he was bred in Southern Ethiopia. He thinks Ethiopia is the product of the Axumite empire. What he needs to remember is that population size is power. Whoever thought the coolies of Addis would be in power today.
The split between the Debre and Getachew clans did awaken him from his slumber. Tigrayans are nothing but the other faces of Guragie. Very small in size to make any difference anymore.
Axumezana gave up on Ethiopia. Ethiopia for now is the personal property of the zGalla tribes. The Amharas will be their main nemesis.

Axumzena is taking a break to figure out whether he is Tigryan or Ethiopian. Some days he is the former. And once in a while he is the latter. Rarely, he is both in the same day. Give him time. Eventually, I, is not everyone ?, wish him to know who he really is.
