Djibouti's government has declined an invitation from war-torn Ethiopia's galla government to take part a so-called Africa Defense Ministers' Conference which is currently underway in the occupied Amhara city, Addis Ababa.

War-torn Ethiopia's galla government has organized a so-called Africa Defense Ministers' Conference for purely propaganda purpose and to divert people's attention away from Fano and other pressing domestic issues, However, many African countries have stayed away from the Galla three-day Africa Defense Ministers' Conference.
A lot has changed in the past nine months between Djibouti and war-torn landlocked Ethiopia.
