I am really tired of this western powers' አንተም ተዉ፣ አንተም ተዉ! mantra!

This is a very foolish and lazy approach to a complex issue, without the courage to face the issue at its root cause level:

They can only claim አንተም ተዉ፣ አንተም ተዉ! as if both are at the same level of responsibility and no one is better than the other. This is sickening, they have been repeating it ever since the Tigray war, which they are still not courageous enough to call a spade a spade and name the real cause of the war. In some cases they even go as far as twisting the truth and call the action of the Ethiopian government spurred the conflict with TPLF, shamelessly.

They never dared to call by name the true cause of the conflict. Instead they keep the same and used mantra of አንተም ተዉ፣ አንተም ተዉ!

Here is an example of the over-used and repeated phrase in this regard.
we urge all parties to the conflicts to de-escalate and engage in peaceful and inclusive dialogue
, taken from a document said to be for UK parliamentary discussion with regard to Ethiopia.

at the same time they never say what the true cause of the conflict(s)? How are you trying to be part of the solution without first find out the cause of the problem?

I am equally abhorred by the inconsistencies of Abiy Ahmed both in words and action. He stands always with the West than the people of the country. He sells his people down the stream to satisfy the West which you implied. Remember, how fast he was to not even to give up the fight , more bizarrely how betrayed Amhara people and send his army.

Jaal Chala,

it is no more about "betrayed" for betrayal comes after something has happened. It is more fittingly an act of "conspiracy" during which that something was still going on, to advance one's Plan B.

Don't try to insult our intelligence anymore!

I now also advise the current Minister of Foreign Affairs as he clearly address the diplomatic core in the country using the same words I wrote here before some months. He gave them an order not use the tired and over-used "both sides" as if they are on the same footing.
