Fano does not need any permission from anyone to go to anywhere in the country because the language based zones created are not created by the people. It does not for example put an account of millions of Amaras living in the so called oromo kilil. Basically a new constitution that includes the majority of Ethiopian people (Amara) needs to be writen.
