Earlier, it was reported that Turkey was in talks with Somalia to establish a site to test-fire missiles and space rockets, and now it's "to use Somalia as a nuclear test site"!
This is a load of pure bullsh'it.
For your information, Turkey is not allowed to have any nuclear weapons anywhere in the world, as it's a non-nuclear weapon state member of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT).
