Time to refer Abiy Ahmed to ICC

Abiy Ahmed and his collaborators must be referred to international criminal court ( ICC ).
There are ample evidences they are engaged in genocide and other crimes against humanity.
He is now actively mobilizing the use of drones and weapons of mass destruction against the Amhara people.
