Ethiopia will not recognize Somaliland region of Somalia

Some expected outcomes of the Turkiye-sponsored negotiations between Somalia and Ethiopia:
1. Ethiopia: OPDO (Oromummaa State) will cancel the so-called MoU with Somaliland and accept Somaliland as a region of the Somalia, and will stop interfering in the internal affairs of Somalia. Instead, Somalia will give a port or ports (the number of ports is unclear) to Ethiopia with/under full control and administration of Ethiopia. Ethiopia will also be part of the AU forces (ATMIS) in Somalia in the upcoming mission. Ethiopia will seek investors and investments for new ports (possibly from UAE, China, Saudi Arabia, or France).
2. Somalia: Ethiopia (OPDO / Oromummaa State) will respect the sovereignty, independence and unity of Somalia, and will also stop interfering in Somalia's internal affairs. Somalia will help Ethiopia's economy by importing more khat from Ethiopia.
3. Turkey: In case of any misunderstanding, Turkey will call for an urgent meeting between the two countries, and the matter will be resolved in the same way. The Turkish company will be responsible for implementation of the agreement, the Somali's coast as well as exploring and extracting oil and gas from the Ogaden Basin in the Somali region under Ethiopia.
What does this mean for the Somali people?
