Somalia's Foreign Minister, Ahmed Moallim Fiqi, has ruled out any prospects for direct negotiations with Ethiopia, citing Ethiopia's refusal to renounce its fake MoU with the breakaway region of Somalia.

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan met separately with both Ahmed Moallim Fiqi and Ethiopian Foreign Minister Taye Atske Selassie at the Turkish House in New York on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly.
You've guessed the outcome of these separate meetings, I guess.

Ignoring hurts the low-IQ rats!

Does Somalia have a foreign minster? Someone must be stupid to even contemplate as if Somalia is a country and has a functioning government - Africa Union is the Care Taker governor of Italian-Somalia. Stop [deleted] falsehood.
