Eritreans should be watched very closely so that when they spy for Isayas, they would be caught.
They may be doctors, bank officials, lecturers, lawyers, business owners, engineers, priests and Imams.
High positions of trust. No matter how long they lived in Ethiopia, not a single Eritrean should be trusted.

You can take an Eritrean out of Eritrea

What a stupid comment. The Eritreans in Ethiopia are poor refugees who left the
North Korea of Africa dodging bullets at the border, dreaming now to live in Uganda or South Sudan. If Issaias wants spies and information on Ethiopia, there are thousands of Ethiopians who are willing to pass him for free and some for money.
