Guraghe has used to have for generations a concept called ጆፈረ, which is essentially how you design the main road (avenue) that passes through the settlement centers, which should be continuous and wide enough to allow for bigger events that may happen in the settlement. This is essentially what Dr. Abiy copied for Addis, without citing the source. It is also why Horus suddenly shifted his stance with regard to the current government in here.
