Horsey,
Ethiopia had a navy in Eritrea. Its navy was destroyed because it did not have a sea. Which means, you cant have a navy if you dont have a sea coast. Anyone who imagines they can simply grab other peoples property are destined for destruction. Hallucinating about a navy is just a dose to relieve your despair.
