Fact on the ground: he forged a coalition with elements opposed to MoU that are also used as linchpin to external enemies.
The man is deployed by Isayas Afeworki, an eternal enemy of Ethiopia, to make trouble in Ethiopia and now he works with Ethiopian enemies.
Zemene kassay is an Ethiopian enemy.

Please stop lying, even an ordinary cadre cannot claim what you claimed. An Ethiopian Somali from Somali Region joined Fano, does not mean Fano is standing with Somalia. Did not Ethiopian-Somalian both in the ENDF and Regional Special force engaged in the recent war with TPLF? Are you saying those army members from Somali Region in ENDF standing against MOU and are Somalian, not Ethiopian?
Why do you make this a special propaganda while many Oromo army members either defected or are captured by Fano. If you want get people's attention or ears why did not your ENDF-OLF captured these kinds of suspects and present them on media? It looks you guys are losing the war in Amhara as 90% of the region has become out of control of Abiy Ahmed's machine. I say it again, Abiy Ahmed will not win Fano, he lost the battle the sometimes he colluded with Hammer and TPLF. Fano now paid him big time - his regime limited to Addis Ababa, Southern and part of Oromia ( as there is a power struggle between one group of OLF and another OLF at Menelik place, as it is going on between TPLF's splinters).

Alas, the MOU was killed by the stupidity of its champions! The ramblings in the military and ministry of foreign affairs is clear evidence of the lack of conviction that a functioning port will ever materialize; specially a port that negates the stated 3 to 4 billion USD cost that the port is supposed to save.
The numerical analysis at the aforementioned institutions is that; additional 2 billion a year to secure Berbera on top of the one that is being spent in Djibouti.
Remember, all the detractors need to do is disrupt port construction at Berbera and hinder logistics from Berebera to jijiga while bogging the issue at international courts to a duration where the war of financial attrition is effective.

Indeed, port at Berbera was our brainstormed idea introduced through the National Bank as an approach to combat the dollar liquidity crunch of the time when Ethiopia was sold as the next China of Africa. Port was going to be bartered, negotiated, and its ease value was going to assessed as a commercial commodity. Then the stupid house gala came in, introduced a navy as a way to [deleted] their nagging insecurity and messed it up for everybody including their own selves.
