You all are invited to solve the puzzle, you earn a prize of the century.

Egypt wants to deploy its military to Somalia, ostensibly to fight against Al-Shabab but more importantly to mount a pressure on Ethiopia. But the ENDF, which was already supporting the Somalian government over many years, and was asked to support it, has already controlled the available airports in Somalia and refuses to vacate them.

Egypt can't force the ENDF to leave, as it is not yet on the ground to mount any sort of an attack to force its way into Somalia. Somalia lacks the needed capacity or capability to force ENDF to leave the areas under ENDF and ENDF is defying any sort of Somalian government's order to vacate its territory. It can't fight against ENDF by any means.

Egypt is hanging on the air, Ethiopia is defiant to vacate the ground, Somalia is helpless to enforce its own order. So, please solve this puzzle and earn the prize! How should this problem be solved?

Be scientific and keep away from empty bravado or sheer emotions in doing so.

Anyhow here the second puzzle:

Hassan Shiehk Mohammad (HSM) of Somalia can't wait to fight against Ethiopia, waiting impatiently for Ethiopia to just ink the agreement of the MoU with Somaliland Republic, then he will just jump over Ethiopia and crush to the ground, with help of the toothless old man to north of our country and with the help of lavishly delivered Egyptian weapons.

At the same time the man can't even live his domicile in the Center of Mogadishu, he is confined to there. Now the million dollar question is how is planning to leave his confinement to start the long awaited war against Ethiopia?
