Are you suggesting that Isaias Afwerki's father is entirely of Tigrayan descent and from Tigray? Thus, the sole Eritrean lineage in Isaias's ancestry would be from his maternal grandfather, while his paternal grandfather and grandmother are entirely Tigrayan.

Given this, how is it that Eritreans have accepted a fellow with 25 percent of Eritrean ancestry to govern over them for more then 3 decades ? By this logic, one might argue that Meles Zenawi had a stronger Eritrean heritage compared to Isaias Afwerki, as Meles's mother was of Sereye awraja origin on both her maternal and paternal sides, whereas his father was Tigrayan from Adwa. It remains unclear whether Meles's father had any Eritrean ancestry, though this is a matter open to further research.

This situation appears rather peculiar. It is rather perplexing an astonoshing to say the least that PFDJ supporters are aware that Isaias's father was wholly Agame, yet they insult the agame to the bone ,, while simultaneously venerating and worshipping Isaias afewerki as the Supreme leader . Is there a contradiction here, or am I perhaps overlooking something?
