Ditto. Zack asked intelligent question the second time. What does this mean? Nothing. This mediation is needed by Turkey; not really by Ethiopia and surely not by Somalia. The issue is Somaliland!!!!!! Somaliland is not in this mediation. Only Somaliland can stop the Mou.

So here is the bitter fact.
As we speak there are 13 countries lined up to recognize Somaliland including UK and Australia, right after or even before Ethiopia.
Egypt is systematically trying to back pedal because its bluffing calculation misfired. Ethiopia took Egypt for its words and preparing for real war not for war of words is the habits of Sisi. In fact it is Egypt in real crisis of judgement right now.
Ask Egypt, now what? Sisi must stand and fight Ethiopia and Somaliland on the ground. That is called chekmate!!!
Turkey has more and real interest in Somalia and it is the truly concerned party. But Turkey's weakness is that it cannot touch Somaliland because SLR is UAE zone of influence. So, Turkey is trying to save the rest of Somalia where it owns 30% as its own property.
Turkey knows it can not stop Ethiopia, it can not stop Somaliland and it is trying something in a scale zoodoo miracle.
No dudes, the most intelligent thing on your part is not trying to stop Ethiopia or Somalialiland but should be saving the rest of Somalia from total disintegration.
Hassan Sheik & his Al-Shabab rooted officials can trigger an other war with Ethiopia and that will be the end of Somalia as we know it. That is if the world powers allow it to happen. I very much doubt if China and USA ever allow another war like crisis on the Bab El Mendeb.
So, expected a few more turns and twists toward a new country called Somaliland republic and an Ethiopian Navy on the Red Sea.
