If Abiy wants to prepare for his beefing with Egypt he should use the noble technocrat and gentle in heart sophisticated man former president of Amhara region Temesgen Tiruneh to lead negotiations with Fano and re instate his presidency in Amhara or Abiy can follow the path of arrogance and keep Arega Kebede.
