Kocho production processes and storage can be improved if given the attention it deserves.
1. Wood frame can be crafted so that switching from sitting to standing will be easier while scraping the Gupa or layer of the enset.
2. Qyesra=the scrapped layer can be dried on a tarp or a sheet of cardboard or thin sheet of metal
