Did he rape her because she is Gurage and he is Amhara?
This does not carry water. The rapist could have been An Oromo, Tigre or Gurage.
Whatever his ethnic the question should be is his sentencing strong enough?
Rape could occur in any places by any ethnic.
How long are we going to see everything in ethnic Lense?
