Why do the so called HoA politicians are:-
-Life time dictators
-Agitators
-Tribalists
-Incompitent
-War mongers
-Sabotauers
-They don’t focus on their home issue before regional or global issues
WHILE the people they run as private property:-
-Suffer from backwardness
-Lack behind civilization
-Suffers from chronic war
-suffers from chronic food shortage
-suffers from chronic displacement
-suffers from ethnocide
-suffers from corruption
-suffers disease
-suffers from poor governance and adminstration

……NAME IT
They lack good temperament for communication or displaying their idea
Should not all intents begin with doing good at home?
May be themselves are are a reflection of the people and culture they lead when you analyse the opinion of their supporters

Contributing factors:
-Being stuck in Old tastament culture and system of governance (monarchy, life time ruler)
-Influence from Arab and muslim culture (most east african nations are arabized to certain extent and have similar system of dictatorial governance)
-Ethnic dominance/superiority and thirst for vengeance
-Traditions and ethnic culture where a dictator is valued and considered protective of ethnic interest and regarded as hero by the tribe.
-Socialist/communist ideology favors a life time dictator
-Foreign big power influencers: as far as a person that favors their interest is in power, they don’t care about how the incumbent runs the home affairs

HoA has never transitioned to a more civilized culture or democratic system of adminstration and governance.
As a result the region is in never ending conflict. No hope on the horizon for a better future system of governance.

Tanzania: has fair election
Kenya: more or less democratic election although may be skewed by ethnic dominance
Uganda: no democracy but good dictator
Zimbabwe: dictator; an exception in SADC countries
Zambia, mozambican, malawi peaceful and better democracy
RSA= democracy mature
Botswana= mature democracy
Namibia= fair democracy
Lesetho better
Swaziland: tradition, king; one tribe
DRC: they have election currently quiet except in east trouble from rwanda
Rwanda: dictator, sham election, glittering cities like ethiopia but peace by force
Congo brazzaville : not heard much
Niger: under foreign influence, unpredictable
WestAfrica: nigeria better democracy despite ethnic issue and corruption; Ghana developed democracy
Other west african countries no much war at least not between countries. North africa: wherever Arab culture is chaos or dictator, women/child exploitation.
The rest of east africa is a mess.

are british colonized african countries doing better in governance and democracy than african countries colonized by other European countries??
It appears so at least on superficial view!
