If Tigray leadership cannot maintain its autonomy , why the TPLF refused to join PP before the destruction of Tigray. Tactical alliance with PP is ok but being the puppet of Abiy or Isaias is wrong which nullifies the sacrifices of tens of thousands of young Tigrayans & hundreds of thousands of civilians.

You made good point. Especially after sacrifice so many Tigrayan youth and becoming puppet of Abiy Ahmed is crime of the highest order.

Ax,
Getachew and Tsadikan are the puppets of Abiye. They have no choice but to side either with Abiye or Issias.
Too bad it did take you too long to figure that out.
Like it or not a big war is coming to that part of Ethiopia very soon.
The norm is a war with Eritrea every 20 years. But the political landscape has changed.
What is difficult is to predict the alliance of adversaries.
Tigray + Issias vs PP / or Tigray + PP vs Issias.
Either way it is going to be a costly war to all parties involved. But it will be too painful for the impoverished Tigray. What applies to Getachew will also apply to Debretsion.
There is a way out for the people of Tigray though. Dump the TPLF and work with Fano to bring a fundamental change to all Ethiopians. The window is closing for Tigray very fast.
If not then Tigray will remain an impoverished province hated by everyone for the foreseeable future.

How is that posdible when Abiy decides who governs Tigray?
Ethiopia is a central government system, not a federation. Before EPRDF, now PP appoints individuals who govern the supposed self-governing regions. They don't in reality as they dont vote for their regional rulers.
