When will Isaias upgrade one the polluting 19th century trainline of only 4 carriages in Massawa?
I remember Wedi Vacaro saying in one of his public meetings that the Italians offered to build a hospital and upgrade the Asmara - Massawa train-line in the early years of independence; but Isaias refused.
Could 4 lorries be less polluting or more polluting?
