Djibouti should issue an ultimatum to the Galla administration, stipulating that if the proposal is not accepted within the month, the offer shall be withdrawn.

Abiy has promised too much to his UAE masters to use DP world’s berbera port, not going back now.
Djibouti knows that once Abiy starts using berbera port, Djibouti is going to lose big… so trying to stop or slow the inevitable consequences of this MOU.
