In Africa, only Egypt and possibly South Africa have got long range missiles. Morocco has ordered them from the US but hasn't received them yet.

You don't have to believe anything that happens in Somalia because you don't live there. The Somali people themselves will kick Egypt out of Somalia. Ethiopia will protect those friendly somali states from Al-Shabab. Thanks to Egypt the bond between Somalians and Ethiopian army getting stronger.
