Somalia will have talks with FANO leader to support with finances, training and military equipment
Somalia is willing to recognise FANO as the legitimate government o Ethiopia.
Abiy is in a weak position and is now just the mayor of Addis Abba. Fano took control of Ethiopia - Sudan border and within weeks is expected to take over Addis Abba. Somalia is ahead of everyone which is why it is in talks with FANO.
